Refund policy

Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
